Anna Lulis
Partner at Adwokaci Lulis Eckhardt-Ćwik i Partnerzy law firm. Graduate of Law School at Université Libre de Bruxelles and Aix-Marseille University and political science at University of Wrocław and Institut d’Études Politiques in Aix-en-Provence. Member of the District Bar Council in Wrocław. Due to extensive professional experience, attorney-at-law Anna Lulis provides legal assistance in the areas of company law, commercial law and civil law. She also provides legal assistance for entrepreneurs in succession planning procedure. Matters related to privacy law and e-commerce are also in the scope of her interest. She provides trainings and workshops for entrepreneurs, particularly in matters of commercial and privacy law. Due to fluency in English and French, she provides legal assistance for foreign Clients of our office.
Bernardeta Eckhardt-Ćwik
Partner at Adwokaci Lulis Eckhardt-Ćwik i Partnerzy law firm. Graduate of Law School at University of Wrocław and post-graduate tax studies at WSB University in Wrocław. Member of the District Bar Council in Wrocław. Her scope of specialization includes capital market law, commercial law and corporate law. She has an extensive professional experience in carrying out companies’ mergers and acquisitions. Her scope of interest also includes competition law and intellectual property law as well. She provides trainings and workshops for entrepreneurs, particularly in matters of company law, intellectual property law, copyright law and investment contracts. She provides legal assistance in English.
Maciej Gelner

Graduate of Law School at University of Wrocław. Participant of Erasmus programme at Karl-Franzens University in Graz in academic 2012-13 year. Member of the District Bar Council in Wrocław. His scope of specialization includes privacy law, new technologies law and legal assistance for foreign entrepreneurs in Poland. Due to his professional experience, he also provides legal assistance in criminal cases including cases of fiscal and commercial background. Fluent in plain and legal English. Inter-mediate in German and Italian.
Łukasz Foligowski
attorney-at-law of counsel
Graduate of Law School at Jagiellonian University in Cracow and post-graduate International Tax Strategies studies at Warsaw School of Economics. His scope of specialization includes commercial law, foreign and domestic mergers and acquisitions and methods of securing assets. He has a broad experience in new technologies law. International tax law expert. Łukasz has also broad experience in registering and providing legal assistance for foreign companies. He provides legal assistance in English. He currently manages our law firm’s branch in Warsaw.
